Small Groups

Sunday Mornings, between services, "Tuning Into God" is a class that uses popular songs to learn truths about God's word.  Over the course of the year we will use 3 study guides from Standard Publishing that use popular songs from The Eagles, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones. The studies are sure to appeal to any group of adults regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey.  We focus on one song each week and comparing and contrasting it with God's Word.  Kristen Berlin is the facilitator of this group.

Sunday Mornings, between services, "Guiding Lights" is a class that uses various curriculum to delve into God's word deeper, deepening our relationship with Him.  Jim Wood is the facilitator of this group.

Sunday Evenings, A group of adults meet at the home of Lois Myers from 5-7:00 p.m. for a Bible Study on Revelation.  For more information or if you are interested in joining the group, please call Lois at 727-525-6765.

Tuesday Afternoons, "The Lunch Bunch", this fellowship group of mature adults meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month for lunch at area resteraunts at 1:00 p.m.   Locations vary every month, so for more information contact Elizabeth Boyd at 727-525-7263.  

Tuesday Evenings, A group of adults meet at the home of Jim and Eileen Bedinghaus at 7:00 p.m. to discuss relavent issues in the life of a Christian.  For more information or if you are interested in joing the group, please call the Bedinghaus' at 727-347-9495.

Wednesday Mornings, Join Sue Eidschun and the group at 10:00 a.m. here at the church as they study Women of the Bible beginning on April 16th.  Men and women are welcome, for more information on the group or if you are interested in joining, please call Sue at 727-576-5955.

Thursday Evenings, Homebuilders Couples is a couples group designed to build and strengthen marriages.  We meet on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and alternate one week discipleship, one week fellowship, meaning we gather for dinner every other week in between our study time.  We utilize the Homebuilders curriculum.  Facilitation rotates within the group along with the meeting place.  Gary and Fern Angell are the group contacts and can be reached at 727-864-3964 if you have questions or would like to join.

Thursday Evenings, A group of adults meet from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and they are currently discussing the purpose to life using the Alpha curriculum.  Alpha looks at the life of Jesus and invites you to compare His life with yours and see what can help you to get everything there is out of life.  This ten-week group is open to anyone who wants to join and this is a kid friendly group.  For more information or to join, email lferraez@eferraez.com for more details.
