Hello Riviera Friends and Family!
The pumpkins are here! I'm so grateful to the more than 50 people who came out and helped get us off to a great year at the patch.
Now it's your turn! Come join us at the patch and help us welcome our visitors to the patch and to our church community. The Patch is a great place for our community because of volunteers like you! Click HERE to sign up for shifts.

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday as we continue our journey through the "Like, Follow, & Subscribe" sermon series. This week, we start the next part of the series with "Follow," or what we call discipleship. This is the work of following Christ. We will look at what that means for us to take the next steps in our walk of faith with one another through small groups. We'll use Galatians 6:1-4 to help guide our discovery of this journey. It's also Communion Sunday, and one where we will have Mrs. Robin's Famous Pumpkin Bread for communion! I hope to see you in worship, online or in-person.

Children's Church (Except 1st Sundays):
Children's Church: Children are invited to join our amazing volunteers for a fun, engaging Children’s Church experience designed just for them. We can’t wait to welcome them! On the first Sunday of the month, the children are invited to remain in worship for communion.
Florida Man Ministries Summit - October 16-17 - St. Lukes UMC Orlando: Men’s Ministry leaders and attendees will gather in October for a Men’s Ministry Summit to encourage, equip and energize men for ministry in their local congregation. If you’d like to join Pastor Augie at the Summit for either day of the Summit, just send an email to pastoraugie@rivieraumc.org.

We believe an important step in growing as a follower of Christ is participating in a small group. In these groups, we pray for one another, share life together, and grow in our understanding of God through Bible study.

Wesley Food Pantry
Wesley Food Pantry currently needs canned stews, canned meats, canned vegetables, canned fruit, pasta and pasta sauce, and rice. Thank you for your generosity in helping provide food for those in need in our community.

Interested in sponsoring a meal for Sunday Youth Group?
Youth Group meets on Sundays from 5:30–7:30 PM, and we typically need enough food for 15–20 students and leaders. You can sponsor a meal by preparing food yourself or by ordering, picking up, and delivering a meal to the church. Examples include pizza, hamburgers and hot dogs, mac and cheese, chicken tenders with a side dish, Chipotle platters, or taco platters.
